Returns, claims and refunds
Returns (Withdrawal from the Contract)
Custumers (non-business customers) have the right to return the goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you received them.
According to Section 7, Paragraph 6, Letter c) of Act No. 108/2024 Coll., the Buyer, regardless of whether they are a consumer or an entrepreneur, does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement if the goods were manufactured or modified according to their requirements, or if the goods were custom-made. This also applies to all products that are not in stock and are manufactured to order according to the Buyer's specifications.
How to proceed

Fill out the withdrawal form (or send us an email at info@mohha.eu).

Send the goods back to the following address: KOAN TRADE s.r.o., Z. Kodálya 767, 924 01 Galanta, Slovakia

We recommend sending the package insured. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Return conditions
The goods must be:

in the original, undamaged packaging,
-
complete,
-
unused and undamaged,
-
not assembled.
When returns are not possible
Returns are not accepted for:
-
products made to measure,
-
products customized according to the customer’s individual requirements,
-
products that are not in stock and are manufactured on order.
Refunds
We will refund your payment within 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you originally used.
Complaints (Warranty Claims)
Warranty period:
-
Costumers: 24 months
-
Business customers: 12 months (unless stated otherwise)
How to file a complaint
Send your complaint by email to info@mohha.eu. Please include:

your name and contact details,
-
a description of the defect,
-
the date the defect was discovered,
-
the order number or invoice,
-
photos of the defect (if possible).
The product must be delivered after prior agreement with the seller. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
When a complaint cannot be accepted
Complaints do not apply to defects caused by:
-
natural characteristics of wood (color variations, grain patterns, knots, oil differences),
-
improper use or maintenance,
-
mechanical damage,
-
exposure to sunlight, humidity, heat, or uneven flooring,
-
incorrect assembly or unauthorized modifications,
-
placing hot, cold, or heavy objects directly on the furniture surface.
Custom‑Made Products
Products made according to the customer’s individual specifications cannot be returned, and payments for such products are non‑refundable.
Complaint assessment
We will assess your complaint within 14 days of receiving it. You will be informed of the result by email.
