Shipping Policy

• Each product has its own processing time, which is listed on the product page.

• Made‑to‑order products are usually manufactured within up to 8 weeks from the moment the payment is received.

• If the product is in stock, we ship it within 48 hours after the payment is credited.

• If you order multiple products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies.

Courier Delivery

• Delivery takes 5 to 14 days, depending on the destination country.

• You will be informed about the exact delivery date by email.

Personal Pickup

• Available only by prior agreement.

• We will contact you by email once the production is completed.

Availability information on the website is for reference only. We will confirm the exact availability after receiving your order.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the carrier at the moment the shipment is handed over. The carrier is liable for any damage that occurs during transport, so please check the condition of the packaging upon delivery.

• If the packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the parcel.

• Ask the courier to create a damage report.

• If you accept a damaged package, the complaint may not be recognized.

If you discover damage or discrepancies after opening the package, contact us immediately at info@mohha.eu.

If the customer refuses to accept the shipment without a valid reason, the seller has the right to claim compensation for damages (shipping, packaging, storage costs).
